We came to Wappingers Toyota to see a specific used car we found on line. Although it was a very busy place...many sales people and a huge inventory..we were greeted with friendliness and respect fron the we found on line. Rolando Dones greeted us but was involved with another customer so he immediately introduced us to John Bellino who took us on a test drive. Although John told us he has only been on the job for 2 weeks he was very knowledgable and able to answer most of our questions. What he wasn't able to answer he quickly found a resource for the info. He has much potential there and is very gracious and curteous.Once we were at the stage of finalizing the deal Corey Rheal assisted with the paperwork..another knowledgable and very curteous man.I was also impressed with the fact that Rolando actually remembered us the next day when we came back. We had a great experience there and I would reccomend Wappingers Toyota highly..and ask for John Bellino. More

This lease purchase was my second at DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota and once again, a most pleasurable experience. We worked with a young man named Michael Herring to purchase our newToyota Avalon. It was the best car buying experiance we have had in our 50+ years of car buying. On a very cold Dec. afternoon he pulled several different models to the front of the building and let us examine each of them for comfort,fit etc. He answered all our questions and never pressured us to do anything. Ou phone calls after our decision was made, were always answered promptly. I feel he quoted us a fair price for the car, and when we went to pick it up everything was in order and went very smoothly.
