Over the years, I have purchased 13 new vehicles from 13 different dealerships. That may sound strange to hear that. My experience with a new car purchase has always been negative. The sales people all seemed to be trained in the same negative attitude, the same zero personality, the same 'if you don't buy it here, who cares'.attitude. I always wondered how these places stayed in business. And then..along came Heather! She was wonderful! I peppered her with a list of questions and she never faltered once in giving me the information that I wanted. I admit that I entered the dealership with clenched teeth, expecting the same old runaround that I was used to. It wasn't to be, and I can't say enough about the experience with Heather. I recenlty bought a pre owned car from Pinkal. I told him over the phone about my budget, type, and mileage of the vehicle I might be interested in. She spoke with us and then had us test drive two cars that she thought would interest us. We found her to be very informative and appreciated her candor. My wife and I had already decided not to make a final decision that day. Heather understood, and was still respectful and pleasant. A few days later she gave us a follow up call. It was during that conversation that we decided to return and check out another model that we hadn't given much thought to before. We tried out the Matrix S, were extremely pleased, and decided to make a purchase. The entire process went very smoothly. Heather kept us informed, the car was ready when we were told it would be, and we got a good price. The person who handled the financial end of the transaction also did a good job.
