We were introduced to the manager, Mr. Pedro Peguerro, who inspected our old car and gave us an approximation of what it would be worth for a trade in. All in all, their no hassle policy, great prices and excellent customer practice makes this guys one of the best, if not the BEST dealer that we have dealt with. I highly recommend them to anyone. This new car purchase was such an easy and pleasant experience. I had stopped in at the showroom while I was waiting for a maintenace checkup to inquire about an offer I'd received, but wasn't sure I experience. I loved my 2006 Matrix and it was still serving me well. In the discussion with Corey Rheal I realized there were features that I would like in the 2010 Matrix I was considering - increased safety, increased comfort adjustments, and cruise control. I hadn't ordered these on my 2006 Matrix. There was NO pressure. Corey asked questions, listened to my answers, explained things thoroughly. He spent a lot of time with me, working up various scenarios. And when I walked out of the showroom, I didn't feel like I needed to escape. After talking to my husband about my conversations with Corey, I decided to go back the next day to get a more definitive price based on the trade in for my car. Ira (sorry, I don't remember the last name), was responsible for making that evaluation. He invited me to go out with him as he made his inspection and showed me how he was deriving his conclusions - which seemed very fair. Once I made the decision to go through with the purchase, Corey made the whole process so simple. The registration, insurance, financing - the myriad of details and paper work were handled very smoothly. The finance manager, Pedro, was helpful, the two other managers who introduced themselves to me and and told me about the New Owner's Clinic were friendly and welcoming. I used to rate buying a new car right up there with going to the dentist to have drilling done. No more - at least not here. More
