My salesman listened to what I wanted in a car, made helpful suggestions but never pushed me in any way, and provided me with facts and additional information to help make my final decision one that I felt satisfied with. He worked with me, crunched some numbers, and helped me stay extremely close to my budgeting, understanding that was one of my priorities. During delivery of my vehicle, he patiently and enthusiastically helped me learn about all the features of my car and made sure I was comfortable in my new found knowledge. During the financial process, I was helped by another gentleman who also made sure I understood all the information being presented to me. He took the time to discuss and answer any questions I had. He was patient, helpful, and again, worked with me to make sure I stayed within my budget. Though offered a few different additional options for my lease, I was never pressured or made to feel trapped into making a decision to spend additional money.
