Great dealership and terrific sales person! This is the second car I've bought from DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota. I bought my last Prius from them in 2009 and have been going to them for service. So when it was time to get a newer car, I went back to them first. Mike Newsham, our sales person, went above and beyond the call of duty to find us the right car, get it prepped for us, and educate us on its delivery. I recommend you ask for him by name as he is a genuinely nice guy who listens to your needs and desires and tries to satisfy them. I recommend the dealership for both sales and service. More

Buying a new Toyota Sienna I was referred to a particular salesman (Naeem Randall) and I couldn't have been happier. He was helpful and honest about the various models. I was surprised to discover that the salesmen are now on salary and not commission, which helps to explain why he was so forthright. He explained all the various features of the different models so that I was able to make an educated purchase. I was disappointed that I couldn't get certain features, but they came packaged (like cable TV) and so to get a navigation system I had to also get a sun roof and heated leather seats, neither of which were of interest to me. My only negative experience was with the finance man (Nick Palmas). It wasn't that he didn't provide good information, but he just seemed too slick, like the proverbial sleazy used car salesman. However, when I went to pick up the car, Nick wasn't there and so we had Robert Goldberg, who was a much warmer individual. More

The salesperson, Michael Newsham, was informative but not "pushy During the financial portion of the sale, the salesperson and his supervisor took time to understand my financial limits and crafted a financing and leasing plan (we bought two cars) that fell within our limitations. This was very helpful Signing all the paperwork at the end of the sale took longer than I expected, but we finally got through it. Overall a very pleasant experience More
