I have a 2013 Avalon Hybrid with a dead 12 volt battery. I did not drive my 2013 Avalon Hybrid sedan for about 3 months. The 12-volt battery was dead as a result. Allison Croshier was flexible as I could n I did not drive my 2013 Avalon Hybrid sedan for about 3 months. The 12-volt battery was dead as a result. Allison Croshier was flexible as I could not bring in my car on time as I had to wait for AAA to jump start my car. She was able to locate a battery from another dealer and fixed my car in 3.5 hours. She is very patient and will fight for her customers. She is very honest and gets the job done! Pinkal on the other hand makes false promises. We bought a demo car and my concern was that is had some scratches and such. Pinkal told me everything would be taken care of. When we went to pick up the car some stuff was done and not everything. Daryl then old us your buying a used car technically so not everything can be done. The gob they did was a crappy one. Just just annoying when people promise you things and its not taken care of. We still got the car but there some dings that are on the care that were not taken care of. More

Fixing my 2009 Prius I took my 2009 Prius to DCH for NY inspection. They found all the problems and fixed them competently. It was not inexpensive. Service I recently had my car serviced for a problem with the tire pressure gauge light. While they assured me the pressure in my tires as well as the spare I recently had my car serviced for a problem with the tire pressure gauge light. While they assured me the pressure in my tires as well as the spare was ok I explained I did not want to drive with the light coming on since I would not know if there was a real issue with the pressure. It was not as simple as reseting the pressure gauage. The technician and shop forman found the problem and fixed it. Even though my car is 12 years old Michael Giordano ensured the car was fixed properly and that I would feel safe driving it. I have only ever used DCH for all my car needs since I bought the car 12 years ago. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and I feel honesty in my dealings with DCH. I especially appreciated that Michael wanted to make sure my issue was fixed promptly and properly. I know when I buy my next car it will definitely be at DCH. More
