Great Service and price - 2005 ToyotaTacoma Mike Giordano-assistant service manager initially gave me information on how to get my truck over to the dealership for repairs and took down all of Mike Giordano-assistant service manager initially gave me information on how to get my truck over to the dealership for repairs and took down all of the information to start a "Repair Order". My disabled Tacoma truck was then towed to the dealership for repairs. Assistant service manager -Kathleen Crosbie came outside and instructed the tow truck driver to place my truck close to the service shop entrance. The truck was looked at in short order and I was called with the price and parts needed to make the necessary repairs to the vehicle. It needed a new alternator and serpentine belt. The price was a little more than I had expected to spend and when I mentioned this they looked at the possibility of using an after-marked part instead. They found a replacement which has a Limited life-time warranty at a greatly reduced cost. Thank you Kathleen! Service Manager - Ben Carlson helped Kathleen find the best deal under these circumstances. Thank you Ben! Master Service Technician - Dave Church, as always, did a great job assessing the problem and then making the necessary repairs. Thank you Dave! Oil Change an Tire Rotation My tire tread was getting low so I asked them to check and see if they needed replacing before they did the rotation. They recommended waiting until My tire tread was getting low so I asked them to check and see if they needed replacing before they did the rotation. They recommended waiting until the next service to replace the tires and completed the oil change and rotation in an hour while I waited. Reasonably fast service and friendly staff. More
