It was obvious to me that the service rep probably came while I was in the bathroom and did not come back out "looking for me" for another hour later As a longtime customer, I value the service provided by the dealership. However, my time is valuable and an excessive wait time is not tolerable More

He said that someone would get back to me. No one did. I called on Tuesday and left a message with Dena Ramondo’s voice mail asking her to call back. She never called. I checked Lindsay Mahavik’s name below because her name was printed on my receipt. However, I had no interaction with her and she should not be judged by this review. I wrote a review earlier this week but I’m unsure it was actually submitted. It is now Friday and I have not been contacted by anyone from DCH Toyota! More
