Made apt. Arrived did inspection and was on my way. Excellent service. Drove in, was taken care of and told there would be a bit of a wait. He was talking to us and did not sound like he was following a script. Now I know he probably says the same thing to everyone that comes in, but he does so in a way that connected with us.
