Problem with new car purchase - Brand new car wouldn't start - battery dead. Michael N. the salesman came and jump started vehicle. Scheduled an appointment, but they were running an hour behi I would not recommend this dealership. I purchased my 2012 Nissan Rouge from them back in 2018 and the first week I had the car it has problems with t I would not recommend this dealership. I purchased my 2012 Nissan Rouge from them back in 2018 and the first week I had the car it has problems with the transmission. I let a mechanic take a look at it and he noticed that the front headlight was not fully attached, that the back windshield wiper bolt needed to be replaced and the sun roof did not seal all the way. I took it back to the dealership and got a runaround by Daryl Callahan. I called multiple times and he never got back to me. I went to the dealership to talk with him in person and he nearly choked on his food when I told him who I was because he knew that I have been trying to reach him. It took a month for them to fix the car. I tell all my friends to stay clear of them. I have no clue how they have such a high review on Google, I wonder if they pay people to write good reviews for them. Stand clear and go somewhere else! More
