Vehicle inspections During the month of June two of my vehicles were due for inspection at different dates .. I called my neighborhood Toyota Dealer for an appointment bu During the month of June two of my vehicles were due for inspection at different dates .. I called my neighborhood Toyota Dealer for an appointment but was informed It it would be two weeks out. Pick up the phone called DCH Toyota and was able to get an appointment within two days on both occasions.. On each occasion the representative texted me a confirmation of the date and time for each appointment before we end our conversation.which was both professional and efficient. When I arrived on the dates times of each my appointments I was greeted by Mr. Evin Caldron on both occasion and was checked in within a few minutes. Evin make my service pleasant and quick. I would highly recommend DCH for great service . More

Car would not start. Jumoed car & drove it to Toyota Evin said to drive it straight to Toyota & he would take care of it. I did not have an actual appointment, but Evin accommodated me.
