My buying experience here was great, but my experience with the service department has been lacking. Communication seems to be an issue and definitely something that needs to be worked on. Although I'm grateful that my issue was resolved, I regret that I had to keep explaining the issue and how many people I had to speak to in order to get it resolved. I almost gave up and would hesitate to come back for service in the future. I also would suggest that when people come in for service there be a person they could talk to as it seems that the customer is left to try and figure out where to go and some service people get tied up on the phone and ignore the customer. I do appreciate the other service people who stepped in and tried to help though. More
