The service department failed to solve the issue that I had with my Toyota Highlander. They kept my vehicle for more than 2 weeks, and now I will need to return it to them or risk being charged by another had with my Toyota Highlander. Maybe it is because of Covid, but I feel like the service is not explained well nor was the cost of this service clear. I used the on line scheduler and thought that the price would be less.
