Service has always been very good. Never a bad experience. Sometimes have to book appointment far in advance but understandable. I thought everybody was very courteous and professional however I bought my car in for 25,000 mile check up plus inspection and there was something underneath my car that they had a screw in I was there fo however I bought my car in for 25,000 mile check up plus inspection and there was something underneath my car that they had a screw in I was there for an hour and a half when I was there an hour I went over to the person that was taking care of me and said how much longer will this take I have an appointment at 4 o’clock in Hopewell and he said I’m a couple minutes. That turned into another half hour. Nobody came out and told me there was a problem . I was just waiting and waiting. More

We bought a new Prius Prime from the team in May. Daniel Sweeney assisted us. He was a pleasure to work with as were the Sales Manager and Finance Manager. We are very happy with the dealership staff and Sweeney assisted us. He was a pleasure to work with as were the Sales Manager and Finance Manager. We are very happy with the dealership staff and will return in the future for our next purchase. The Prius Prime has also been a top notch car with no issues so far after 3 month of ownership. We have owned 2 other Prius in the past. One was still running at 300,000 miles before we gave it up and the other is still owned with 200,000 miles; both only requiring normal maintenance over the long service life. We are confident that the new Prius Prime will perform as exceptionally as the last 2 (Toyota quality!) and we want to thank the team for making the process easy, seamless, and enjoyable. More
