Mrs. Martin, Thank you for taking my call although we weren’t able to speak at length. I’d like to connect to further address your concerns with the transaction. I know there were some complications with the loan process that we weren’t expecting, and this ultimately caused the time spent here to be longer than normal. I am sorry this took place, and I will work hard to try and avoid this type of situation in the future. I’d rather not go into specifics on a public forum, but please be assured that the challenges with your transaction were due to compliance issues with one lender that we couldn’t clear because of reasons that you were made aware of. We certainly did not want to have your interest rate go up or delay the process any longer than expected. I also am aware that you attempted to obtain financing on your own as well, without success. I am glad that my team was able to ultimately assist in finding a bank that worked with us on this! I have spoken with my service advisor, Keith, who is working diligently to resolve any issues with the car that you are having. I am confident this will also be resolved as quickly as possible. We are happy to provide a loaner car, but please understand that this is proving more challenging in today's world. We simply do not have enough cars to accommodate without a few day's wait from time to time, and getting more is not an option with the shortages and production delays from the manufacturers. Thank you again for your business and I hope that in a short time we can re-gain your trust in us as a dealership that values customer satisfaction. I was made aware of the issue after the fact. I also did not attempt to get financing on my own although I certainly should have. I was told I would have a 5.4% interest rate and after sitting for several hours I was told it was changed to 8 something. I could not leave the dealership because my ride had already left. It is now October 4th. I understand waiting a few days to find a suitable car to replace this one and get it repaired but this is now several weeks in and I am still waiting. What is worse is that I was told you would have a car two Thursdays ago and then again Friday and then again Monday. Monday I was offered a pickup truck when I specifically said I needed a small replacement vehicle suitable for a long commute. There are other things that have happened as well, but at your request we can take the rest of the conversation off the public forum. At this point I would still say I would never again buy a car at DCH Toyota. This is a month later and I still have no help getting the car fixed and there were untruths told in several of our interactions including the above statements.

I was going to give you an amazing review. Twice I’ve been there and service has been over the top excellent. Until today when I was missing $60 from a compartment in my car. Was there when I pulled in because I had just gotten coffee at the gas station around the corner and put the change of $60 in the compartment. After leaving I stopped for lunch on the way home and the $60 was gone!!! You have a thief among your service staff!
