\My service was for wheel rotation. It took 2.5 hours to do. That is very unacceptable to me. Mind you I thought I needed an oil change also. The dealership and employees are helpful and professional. My main issue is I purchased a vehicle on the beginning of December 2022. I paid for the car but have not revived my second key phob. Awesome job diagnosing the original problem. Andrew had also explained that they're going to do a 27 point check on vehicle.
