I too was a victim of the sterotypical, deceiving experience of buy/leasing a car. Company Rating; F Sales Staff: F Finance Manager: F Sales Manager: F Even the water fountain in this place gets an F!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, ENERGY, OR OXYGEN WITH THESE PEOPLE! Go to Manhattan Beach Toyota for superb customer service! I ended up doing so after the three hours of my life that was wasted at this horrible dealership. Do not trust anything they promise! Do not fall for the "If I can get you this deal right now do I have your commitment" and make you initial/sign a some paper. Whomever the sales people run back to and talk to for approval or consulation are by far the most decitful people around. Horrible attitudes and no cooperation whatsoever. They also have no problem laughing and joking about you while you are still in their presence! Very rude and non-respectful people represent this company and sadly the products they sell. They promised me a deal earlier in the week. The minute I was there to sign papers somehow the deal that I was promised, the one which i requested in writing (of course they couldn't provide me with such a document), was now impossible and unimaginable to make happen. I was ready to purchase three vehicles that evening if their attitudes were professinal enough to deserve it. However I felt as a matter of principal, even though I ended up paying a little more at the Manhattan Beach dealership, integrity was far more important than a difference of $50 per month. They just did not lose a sale on 3 cars last night, they lost all the referalls I had began to send them, any future service on my vehicles, and any future purchases from any DCH Auto Group Dealership by me or anyone associated with me. Like I said, unless you are interested in wasting some time and brain cells, do not bother with this place or the people in it. More

Julian was very professional and solicitous. He took his time and did great follow-up. I wish the manager had not played the game of back-and-forth with the value of my trade-in. it was too cliche and almos time and did great follow-up. I wish the manager had not played the game of back-and-forth with the value of my trade-in. it was too cliche and almost like the bad advertising of what to look out for. that took over an hour of my time and was actually insulting my intelligence. unfortunately, in the end i caved and took $1K less than another dealer offered on my lancer oz. shame on me, but i didnt want to drive to hollywood. torrance won by wearing me down with time already spent. i guess it pays to have a man along. as for recommending...probably would, but not to a woman. to offer me $1,500 for a 2003 lancer oz was a total insult and i should have walked away. but then the manager's little game began. The representative did a great job, not only in seeing to that my service concerns were taken care of, but also that it did not cost me too much. That I really appreciated! He is the greatest service adivisor in the entire Toyota Dealership network. My two young adults (one daughter and one son) will not go any where else for servicing their Toyota vehicles but DCH Torrance and would not want to work with anyone esle but Bryan. The entire staff at DCH Torrance Toyota is very friendly and cooperative. They are willing to help and take proper care of your vehicles while servicing.
