I went to Toyota of Torrance and I must say I had a very POSITIVE experience, primarly due to our saleswoman Julie Frisch. She's absoultly WONDERFUL. She made this a painless experience that my fiancee and POSITIVE experience, primarly due to our saleswoman Julie Frisch. She's absoultly WONDERFUL. She made this a painless experience that my fiancee and I we truly greatful for because he doesn't care for the whole car dealr seen. Julie went up and beyond for us and she didn't only gain our trust and confidence but our loyolty to her and Toyota of Torrance dealership. WE will always go back there to buy our future vehicles. The way Julie inneracted with her fellow co-workers and with us made our time there fly by. Everyone was so well together when it came to us entering and exiting the dealership. Julie even made sure my bluetooth was set before I left. Her follow up is pretty incredible because most people sell a car and the customer is now nonexistant. I felt she made me feel more like a friend than just a number. WEe're truly greatful for our WONDERFUL Experience and most of all of that is due to our sales woman Julie Frisch!!! My wife and I went to look at new Prius's and walked out with one. Nate Badger was our salesman and he really worked with us to stay within budget, and arranged very user friendly monthly payments. I have not had such an easy car buying experience in many years. Nate understands that cars are expensive, and he spent a lot of time with us explaining how we could arrange things in our favor. Odd for a dealer. If you are looking for a Toyota, and a low pressure sales guy, ask for Nate, you will be pleased. I was also very impressed with the way the Service Manager responded to some of our issues, he took charge of the situation and dealt with it, he did not pawn it off on someone else or tell us to come back on Monday. He would be a credit to any organization. More

All that due to an excellent supervision by Assistant Manager Bryan Yoshida in last 10 years! Bryan and his team of diligent and hard working mechanics made always sure that the work they performed on my Solara was always thorough and complete! Nothing would miss their vigilent and professional eyes. After having had my car serviced with Mr Yoshida, I would always leave the dealership confident and assured absolutely that everything was done in the best possible way and for rather reasonable price. At DCH Toyota it is quick and easy to get an appointment and in an emergency they take care of me without one. When I purchased my truck there every thing went very smooth. My fiancee and I went to Toyota of Torrance dealership after having contact with Julie Frisch via the internet. After our emails and phone correspondence we felt quite comfortable going down to the dealer after having contact with Julie Frisch via the internet. After our emails and phone correspondence we felt quite comfortable going down to the dealership. The moment we arrived at the dealership we were greeted with smiles and kindness. Most dealerships have made us feel like we were the little fishes, swimming in the ocean with SHARKS, waiting to see if we can make it out alive. Not at this dealership! What we most greatful to Julie was that she NEVER made us feel any type of pressure to anything; even when we had to test drive the same vehicle twice. Julie Frisch not only gained our confidence but our loyalty as current and future Toyota owners. I can't begin to tell you how anxious I was at the thought of buying a new car. Due to the economy and a recent divorce, my credit wasn't very good. He explained all the features and benefits, making me feel right at home. John Dalpe met with me to discuss all the numbers surrounding the purchase.
