I feel sick after reading all the bait and switch tactics and the same thing happened to me. I took my 81 year old mother to purchase a 15,000 dollar scion and make agreement with Reggie on interest rate and and the same thing happened to me. I took my 81 year old mother to purchase a 15,000 dollar scion and make agreement with Reggie on interest rate and payment. Smart auto care plan for 3200 added without even asking and a clear shield for 499.00 plus 795.00 cash price Accessories Reggie was talking to me while the finance guy was with my mother. I got scammed it is a elder abuse crime.the office was closed a hour late because paperwork took 3 1/2 hours I didn’t see contract before my mother signed. The print on contact is so small you can not read the numbers please avoid this place I wish I saw this web site before my mother got scammed by Horrible people. I called next morning to see if Reggie can take off all the extra charges He verbally agreed too. After reading all reviews I see the this is the way they do business. I will file BBB complaint, More

Service Department. Brought my 2017 Crosstrek in because they over torque the oil plug. Nobody can get it off. Should be torqued to 31 ft pounds. They had to chisel off Brought my 2017 Crosstrek in because they over torque the oil plug. Nobody can get it off. Should be torqued to 31 ft pounds. They had to chisel off the old one that they put on originally. Today, go to change the oil. Yup! Over torqued. Rounded off the bolt. Needs to be chiseled off. If they can't follow the proper procedures to just change your oil....imagine what corners they will cut when you need other service? OH....and not to mention they forgot to rotate the tires on 2 service visits. They really are the worst! More

* NO Stars* I am compelled to write a review of this dealership. I did my research, made calls, and made an appointment to see "Danny." We took a day off work and drove 5 hours to this dealership. When dealership. I did my research, made calls, and made an appointment to see "Danny." We took a day off work and drove 5 hours to this dealership. When we get there the salesman starts the conversation with..."before we get into this, I must tell you that we are going 10 thousand over msrp." My husband and I were shocked. Back he goes, "OK, we can go 5 thousand above msrp." Says he's doing us a big favor. We send him back, cut that in half or we walk. They wouldn't come down to 2,500 over msrp. Greedy, greedy, greedy. Had a long list of extras from starlink to clear coat to life time oil changes and some 4,500 service charge and several other add ons. We made our express feelings known that we would not be taken advantage of and walked. I'm sick to my stomach. BUYER BEWARE!!! More
I took my forester in for a reacll repair. I called and made an appointment the week before the repair. They took 3 hours to complete the repair and when the car was being returned to me the service writer made an appointment the week before the repair. They took 3 hours to complete the repair and when the car was being returned to me the service writer noticed that the shift lever handle was installed backwards. He then asked me if I used the car with the handle on backwards and when I said no, I didn't he took the car back and had the technician reinstall the shift lever handle correctly. On their wall in the service lane they say what one should expect in regards to their service, one of which is your car will be washed before you pick it up. Mine wasn't. More
I am giving them 1 star as 0 isn't an option. I had bought a Subaru there years ago when it was known as Ladin. Was looking for a used car for my daughter. They were advertising a Honda Civic for $17 bought a Subaru there years ago when it was known as Ladin. Was looking for a used car for my daughter. They were advertising a Honda Civic for $17019. Called them about, said it was available and told me to come down to test drive it. Got there about 30 minutes later at 6. They couldn't find the car. After about 45 minutes they found it in a service bay but it was blocked by a truck. Car looked good so we told sales rep, Bobby, that we were interested. We spoke about buying it. He informed us that when we go to buy it they will usually have some add ons but we could refuse them. As instructed we came back in the morning, test drove the car and told him we wanted to buy it, and would write them a check. Was told that they add a paint protector that would cost $499, and a stolen vehicle recovery device that would be $799, and engine etching that was $499. Told him that we didn't want any of that. He went to talk to his sales manager and they came back and told us that we would also have to buy the $3500 extended warranty as the car was under priced. So the $17019 car was now close to $23,000. Said that they can't take any of that stuff off. Not sure if this is legal, but I do know it is total bait and switch. Why advertise the car at $17,019 if you have no intention of selling it for that. We wasted over 4 hours dealing with their BS. We drove down the street and bought a Jetta at Neftin VW. Now that is a great dealership. They were honest and actually sold it for less than they were asking. They had added stuff to it, but took it off as we didn't want it. If you are buying a car, skip the dishonest clowns at DCH, check out Neftin. More
Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. From general manager Drew Holbrook down ! Stay far away from these crooks. They will lie non stop. If you end up buying or leasing a car, read the numbers very c manager Drew Holbrook down ! Stay far away from these crooks. They will lie non stop. If you end up buying or leasing a car, read the numbers very carefully, finance tends to change the numbers in their favor just to test if the customers is smart enough to catch it. Very sneaky ! Absolutely, positively the WORST dealership experience I have ever had. This Subaru dealer is definitely deceitful, shady & at best dishonest. We waited for a salesperson, then waited even longer for him have ever had. This Subaru dealer is definitely deceitful, shady & at best dishonest. We waited for a salesperson, then waited even longer for him to go get this dusty car with a smelly interior. On the test drive, he promised to knock off few hundred dollars from the asking price to make us happy & forget going back to the Ford dealer next door that has a similar Lexus NX300. Sat down by a desk with empty soda can, loose papers & a greasy lunch bag. After taking the info of our possible trade in car, he came back from his “manager” with a break down of ADD ONS that the car has, which we noticed exceeds the value of the trade in value. We asked to negotiate the advertised price, he refused and said only the Add-On items are negotiable. He shamelessly offered to go convince his “manager” to reduce this item. We explained that is dishonest and not willing to accept any dealing that doesn’t involve reducing the ADVERTISED price. BTW, the door panel protective plastics which are pretty much standard on all the Lexuses we’ve seen, shows damage on the rear driver’s side door. Also, keep in mind that this car has NO SERVICE RECORDS (according to him). Finally, we found out that we were actually dealing with the “Manager” himself according to his business card. He never call or texted to thank us for the visit, a courteous practice of the professionals & the qualified. More
