When I got there I wasn’t looking for a car just browsing as my car was in the shop, but one of the sales representatives (Mohamed) came up to me and I was just telling him my situation. When he spoke to me it presented an inviting environment which made me consider getting a new car. I then spoke to the manager who was AMAZING and he just ran some numbers for me and at first it was scary, but when we got down to it and actually looked with all the information I was surprised in a good way by the numbers. They were able to get me my dream car at an affordable price. All in all everyone was great there and I am so happy with my purchase! More

BEST car buying experience I have EVER had! I drove from Oceanside to purchase a specific vehicle at Kia Temecula and I am so glad I did. Kia Carlsbad is much closer but my experiences there we I drove from Oceanside to purchase a specific vehicle at Kia Temecula and I am so glad I did. Kia Carlsbad is much closer but my experiences there were awful; long wait before apathetic and impatient sales people grudgingly came over to help me. They did not seem to care about making a sale and instead made me feel like they were doing me a favor, ugh. Total opposite experience at Kia Temecula, I cannot recommend them enough! Sergio and Eddie are so personable, we actually had fun during the process, the last thing I expected haha. They were also super patient and helpful - I did not have a trade-in and I had major issues with transferring enough funds to credit cards for my $15k down payment since it was Sunday, but they made it work! 😊 I’ve been looking at the Telluride for 4 years, this is my retirement vehicle and the first car I’ve purchased since 2005, I was actually dreading the arduous process of car buying but Sergio and Eddie made it awesome. I LOVE it more every time I drive it and I am really glad I chose this dealership!! More
