I never felt pressured. I actually felt like they cared about keeping me in my price range and getting me into a safe car for me and my son, which was extremely important to me. Recent Service Visit Nigel Payne was at my car door soon after I drove up to the service entrance. He was friendly, efficient, accommodating, and informative. I left my car overnight for servicing and he called me several times to keep me informed about the service. I left a couple of messages on his direct line and he always got back to me in a timely manner. DCH needs to hold onto Nigel Payne!!! More

Quick easy buying experience Worked online with Robert to select appropriate Kia Sorrento and negotiated the price. Poor service and poor communication Service not completed on my vehicle and I was not informed.
