don't trust them I took my older car in for a recall. They said I needed a new battery. I went to the battery outlet in my area where I've been going for ten years. They had a battery there but when I told them that the dealership recommended a new one, he tested it first. The test was perfect and I was told my battery would be good at least for another year. Also, the part didn't come in the day it was supposed to, I switched days at work and made transportation arrangements. They failed to call and let me know, so close to noon I called. It took four phone calls to finally get to a person in the service department to give me the information. I had to cancel everything and make all new arrangements, what a pain. I don't think I was treated with the great customer care and honesty they so highly promote. I will not return. More

Just maintenance I'm happy with the service and service writers. It's a little distance to drive, but it makes me have to drive to Temecula so I can shop all my favor I'm happy with the service and service writers. Refunds Waited 2 hours. Asked for James. Must have been the longest contract everrr. Got Alisha finely. Took her 10 minutes to find the one piece of paper Waited 2 hours. Asked for James. Had me sign it and then said fill out the rest I don't have my glasses on. Then it took her 15 minutes to copy two pages of my contract. Not very friendly with me today at all. Will think twice before doing business with them again. More

Dealerships and salespeople aren't the villains many YouTube videos and Yelp reviews make them out to be. You have to do your homework before you arrive at the dealership: know what you want and why, know what your trade-in is worth, and know what you don't want to pay for (and don't pay for it). Car purchasing is a lot like taking a college course. Don't blame the professor for your lack of preparation. Read the purchase agreement. Look at every line and question the finance person what that charge is. In the end, if something makes you uncomfortable about the process, YOU DON'T HAVE TO BUY THAT VEHICLE. Think you might be susceptible to coercion? Look at Costco or AAA's auto purchasing programs. They aren't perfect but there is a protocol which is followed. My advice to you: ask to be shown the actual factory invoice sheet, do not accept some random piece of paper with a dollar value on it. It should come from a binder and have the VIN number on it, the factory of manufacture, and it's port of entry. Take a picture of this document. It's your personal duty to protect yourself from fraud, that's no one else's responsibility other than yourself. More
