Had an appointment for 10:30 AM for an oil change, I checked back at 11:20 rep said car was "next". I came back at 11:45 and I didn't see the car or rep. I returned at 11:35 ..representative said the gu checked back at 11:20 rep said car was "next". I came back at 11:45 and I didn't see the car or rep. I returned at 11:35 ..representative said the guy was still draining oil. I finally returned at 11:20 ..the car was pulling in from the highway. hmm. I check the mileage. I had written it down myself when I left the car because the service area was completely filled with cars that were for sale so I had to park several hundred feet away from the building. The oil change cost me 21 miles of gas and more than two hours of wait time. I don't know how this dealer even gets two stars. More
