I am the luckiest person to have ended up at DCH Kay Hona! I had the pleasure to work with Lenny Ramirez, Dennis Fike and Pat Hughes. From the moment I walked in the building, the receptionist was very Hona! I had the pleasure to work with Lenny Ramirez, Dennis Fike and Pat Hughes. From the moment I walked in the building, the receptionist was very friendly. When she noticed that the show room was getting crowded with people waiting for a sales rep (it was a busy Friday evening) she rushed to the back to make sure management knew there were some of us waiting. I was quickly greeted by Lenny who politely asked me to give him a few minutes while he finished with his last costumer. When he finished he came back and dedicated his entire attention to my concerns. I explained to him how the night before I literally walked out from a different dealer, Academy Honda at Old Bridge ( DO NOT GO THERE!) because the financial manager was so rude and had no idea how to deal with customers. Lenny was very empathetic and said he will do his best to meet my expectations. He showed me a few Pilot models and explained the difference between all the trims. He was very knowledgeable and was very honest with everything I asked. When it was time for the numbers... to my surprise, Dennis from management came to meet me in person to discuss all the options they had to offer when it came to the loan and monthly payments. I also explained to him mybad experience in the last dealer so the fact that he did the complete opposite without knowing was a win for me. I really wanted to sleep on the numbers and options I was given so they both understood and asked me to come back the next day. Long story short, I walked out today with a brand new 2021 Pilot SE as happy as can be! KAY Honda just gained a new customer! Nick greeted us warmly and took us out to the car and gladly answered all our questions about the car. Nick was very efficient with the “mountain” of paperwork that was required. Ruben came and checked on us before we left and was sincerely appreciative of our business.
