Alex was amazing! I bought my car and ended up having some delays caused by my employer and returning my company vehicle and Alex was the only thing that kept me sane I bought my car and ended up having some delays caused by my employer and returning my company vehicle and Alex was the only thing that kept me sane throughout the process! He was a fantastic communicator and went above and beyond until the very end - He even drove my plates all the way to me and installed them onto my car simply because he wanted to help me out after dealing with a headache that had nothing to do with him or DCH. Brought my vehicle in for an issues with the torque converter which was under warranty. This dealership does the TSB and charges me over $300. Vehicle still has torque converter issues after service converter which was under warranty. This dealership does the TSB and charges me over $300. Vehicle still has torque converter issues after service so it is Brought back. They then proceed to tell me it's spark plugs and valve adjustment another expensive repair. Now am I over $2k and the car is still having torque converter issues. They say they can't replace the torque converter as the code is not appearing. The problem got worse, so I emailed Tiffany. She said she would check with the tech and get back to me but never did. I took it to two independent shops who diagnosed it as a torque converter issue. DCH stole my money with services that were not required and would not cover the torque converter repair which should have been covered by warranty. Really disappointing! More
