Disappointed with the customer service team. I called because my brand new Honda accord 2023 is having issues starting up and the woman working on the service team told me I don’t have a warrant I called because my brand new Honda accord 2023 is having issues starting up and the woman working on the service team told me I don’t have a warranty on my car for them to look at the issue without payment. Please keep in mind I’ve only had the car a little over a year and it has less than 14k miles on it. She then proceeded to direct me to an advisors phone who didn’t have voicemail set up so I could not leave a message. I called her back only for her to tell me someone would call me back. No one ever did and this was Friday morning. Today (Monday) I had to call again because I have an appointment to get my oil changed this afternoon and stayed on the phone for 30 mins on hold just to be directed to another advisors voicemail ( I mean at least this one had a voicemail set up). I’m disappointed with the service and will not recommend Oxnard Honda to any one of my friends or family members. This is my first Honda purchase and I’m highly disappointed. I pay 540$ monthly and am one year into payments just for this type of poor quality service. More
