This is our second purchase from this dealership although I brought my sister here two weeks ago for her purchase of a new CR-V so technically our 3rd. We have worked with Ron Anthony each time and always ask for him. He is a pleasure to work with and is unfailingly polite, courteous, well informed about the car we are interested in, with a great sense of humor, and an all around good guy. He is a true professional and a man of integrity. Although we do not plan on buying another car soon, we have told him that in us he has customers for life. Before we met Ron, buying a new car was an intimidating and unpleasant experience. I now send all my friends to Ron and Honda of Oxnard. It is a pleasure to work with him. He listens to us and never tries to oversell the product or sell us more than we are looking for. He never promises more than he can deliver which is exactly the car we are looking for, equipped the way we want, and at a very good price. He follows up with us after the purchase to make sure we are satisfied and to answer any questions that may arise. He is beginning to feel like a member of the family. We have always felt very welcomed at the dealership as well and have been introduced to the sales manager and service personnel. I have tried other Honda dealerships and I feel none can compare with Honda of Oxnard. More
I bought a 2008 Honda Civic Jan 13. 2012. I pre-paid for installation of a car alarm. Ron Anthony gave all the information to Rose the Service Manager. I had told Ron that I was off on Friday the 20th and w installation of a car alarm. Ron Anthony gave all the information to Rose the Service Manager. I had told Ron that I was off on Friday the 20th and would like to do that in the morning. Rose called me on Tuesday Jan. 17th and left a message that I was scheduled for 9:00 am on the 20th and that it would take about 3 hours. She also stated that if this time was not convenient to call and they would re-schedule. I took my car there on Friday at 9:00 am. Rose got all the information needed and took my cell number to call me when the work was completed. I got a phone call from her at 11:00 am that all the work was done. When I picked up my car, I was given a small handbook on the alarm itself and was in and out quickly. First of all, I want to thank Ron Anthony for going above and beyond in customer service and secondly, I would also like to thank Rose and the service department for a hassle free installation!! It has been quite awhile since I purchased a new car. I knew that I wanted a 2012 Honda CRV and my heart was set on certain features and the sage green color. Initially I wasn't optimistic that everything would come together and that I would actually leave the dealership driving away in the Honda of my choice. But Ron made this happen for me! Buying a new car is a major purchase and Ron made every effort to work with me to enable me to buy my Honda. He tried to get the best deal possible for me, and although I wished the cost could have been a little lower, it was still a good price for the Honda CR-V. Ron was the consummate sales person: personable, caring, patient and interested in me as a person. Although buying a new car can be daunting, Ron made the entire experience a very pleasurable one. Now I'm reaping the benefits of this transaction and am enjoying driving my CR-V and learning the many features of this great vehicle! Thanks to Ron (and my sister too for introducing me to him!)my life has changed substantially on the road by driving my great car! More

Rose Siela makes all the difference in the service department. She must be one of the most caring service managers at any dealer out there. I can only imagine the patience and thick skin she must hav department. She must be one of the most caring service managers at any dealer out there. I can only imagine the patience and thick skin she must have to dealer with thousands of customers in Ventura county yet she treats you as you are her most important customer and remembers your name. In all honesty, after a questionable experience, we considered getting our Honda service elsewhere, but after the length Rose went to to earn back our business, I can see us going anywhere else. We've been loyal ever since. If you bring your Honda there for service and are unhappy, don't write them off until you've had a chance for Rose to listen to your needs. She'll make things right. More
Ron Anthony is my favorite car sales person in the world and I would recommend him to anyone who wants to buy a car...ANYONE! The finance dept, specifically Justin, at DCH is also wonderful. They go above and beyond to get you a great deal. You won't believe my financing story because it is too great to be believed, but I'll tell you anyway. I purchased my car, signed all the documents, said goodbye and drove off. 10-15 minutes later I got a call from Justin in the finance dept. He said he had great news (which was good because I was nervous when the dealership was calling me so soon after I left the lot). He told me he got my interest rate lowered by 6%! He saved me THOUSANDS of dollars of interest! This guy is the greatest. Go see him and the team at DCH NOW! The team at DCH make car buying a pleasant experience. Few weeks back I started researching for new vehicles and dealerships in my area. To be honest no one came close to friendliness, professionalism shown by people at Honda dealership. I believe it is not only the car which matters but also people whom you work with to get the deal done. I got best possible deal even better that I could find on internet with extensive research I did over last couple of weeks. I strongly believe these are the reasons Honda is ranked among top 5 car manufactures but again this could not be achieved without equal contributions from their dealerships. Well done Honda in making us feel proud of what we own! More
Took my Honda S2000 in for the recalls but when I received my car there were many problems. -Right Tail light did not work, probably a bulb, but it was fine before I brought it in. -Center glove bo received my car there were many problems. -Right Tail light did not work, probably a bulb, but it was fine before I brought it in. -Center glove box would not close with ease, I have to force it in. -Secret compartment is not aligned so when you open it, there is a gap between the front pocket and the trim a round it. -Car was driven for half a mile, why would it be driven for half a mile if it was just for fixing the recalls? -Slight front under bumper scrape on the left side (looking from the front of the car), probably hit a speed bump or something. -Cigarette lighter cover was broken off. -Door step trim panel on passenger side has a missing clip that holds it to the body of the car, (but I just ordered some online so I wouldn't have to bother with it). Clint Stremcha was very nice, since I first came in to make an appointment till the day I picked up my car. When I came to get my car, I checked over everything to make sure it was good, but I found a problem and reported it to Clint. He called over "Sid", or however it is spelled and asked about the cigarette lighter cover being broken off. After, he told me that it was from moving many things around, I just let it go and went back to my car to look for other things. I found out that the glove compartment door and secret compartment pocket was not aligned, so here I come running back to his desk. I explain my situation and he then tells me to come back the following Monday with my car and any other problems so he can fix everything. I'm guessing "Sid" is the guy that was working on my car, he is a terrible repair guy. He should take care of customers's cars better. I had a bad experience, and next time I will be asking for him to not work on my car. But on the bright side, I did get a free car wash and my recalls were fixed. I recommend not having "Sid" work on your car. But that's just my 2 cents. More
