Car serviced for problem with Navigation. New car purchased only a couple of weeks ago at another Ford dealer a couple of hours away. The Navigation System did not work right since day one. The service department at DCH Ford was friendly and they solved the problem which was a faulty APIM. They provided shuttle service both ways and they washed the car. More

Being a loyal Ford Customer, I felt I deserved better compensation on my purchase, which could have included some service compensation. In addition, the extended service agreement was not entered in the system. So, I had to bring the agreement back to the dealership to have added. Why Loan Papers We were paying cash for the car, but since it had not gone though your safety inspection we could not pick it up for a few days. I did not want to pay We were paying cash for the car, but since it had not gone though your safety inspection we could not pick it up for a few days. I did not want to pay until I actually picked up the car; so they made us spend 40 minutes filling out loan papers just to hold the car. The whole process was so frustrating that I almost go up and left. More
