They had me return my rental car and use one of theirs. They gave me a Ford Focus and although, I'm not a car kind of girl, it was fun to drive. Diesel diagnosis I brought me 2004 f350 diesel in to get checked for engine codes. I drove the truck there the tender brought the truck to the back. Then I was told th I brought me 2004 f350 diesel in to get checked for engine codes. I drove the truck there the tender brought the truck to the back. Then I was told the mechanic couldn't start the truck to run the diagnostic odvisouly not happy. Then found they were able to start the truck to do the alignment and when I picked it up the tender was able to start the truck and bring it to me. They still charged me for the diagnosis they didnt complete......So obviously I was not happy I left a message for the service manager and still haven't received a call back from them. I would say if you have a diesel don't take it to these guys. I never got a diagnosis but they still recommended $1300 in work even though they never figured out what was wrong with my truck! More

Good place, great folks - only one incredibly minor comment I found a really great used car here, and everyone was very helpful, from the information gathering phase, through the purchasing and finance phase, a I found a really great used car here, and everyone was very helpful, from the information gathering phase, through the purchasing and finance phase, and even the servicing phase (which I had need of immediately - but not their fault). They definitely wanted to sell me the car (hey, it's their business!), but they were never pushy or overbearing like some places can be. The only less-than-optimal comment I can make is that there seemed to be many people involved, and, because of my traveling for work, found it a little confusing to deal with. It also seemed like the communication between all the parties was not the clearest. To be fair, my case was probably a little abnormal: Firstly, I found the car via the Cars.com app, and secondly, it was a BMW (not a car they usually have, obviously, being a Ford dealership). So those factors could have contributed to the confusion, and my work travel probably didn't help either. So, all in all, the whole place has a chill vibe (not in the annoying millennial way), but still quite professional, so I felt relaxed but I knew things were being taken care of. I'd certainly come back! More

Excellent customer service and personality The moment we walked onto the lot we were approached by Bob. He was friendly, never pushy, and willing to show us anything we asked. He was very knowl The moment we walked onto the lot we were approached by Bob. He was friendly, never pushy, and willing to show us anything we asked. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicles I was interested in. Once we walked into the office he was still never pushy and wanted to help me with the best deal possible. I was upside down on my other car that I was trading in so he worked with finance to get me the most affordable option. During the finance portion Bob sat and talked with me and we just had nice conversation about things other than the car. It was such a pleasant experience and didn’t even feel like I was buying a car. Another salesman came in and we talked sports and basically hung out for a while. Once I got into finance to sign paperwork I was in and out of there in about 20 minutes. Overall I would definitely recommend this dealership and most definitely Bob! More
