Overall good feeling doing business with them I've never felt this way going to an auto dealership before. Everybody was so courteous and made us feel welcomed. Yusuf was excellent. His manager also did the same. We explained our situation and they took care of us. They really understood my wife and I. Carlos in the finance department was excellent. Great conversation while crunching the numbers as much as he could and taking care of all the paperwork. His manager did the same. They did everything they possibly could to help us get a new vehicle. The good things about it is that they were able to give me different options to be suit my needs. I went there expecting one vehicle, but when that didn't work out, they got me another one just as good. Everybody from Yusuf to his manager to Carlos and his manager, everything was excellent. They did everything they could to make my wife and I happy. I feel like we were a part of the Darcars family with everything that they did for us. We both were comfortable and didn't feel any pressure like other past dealerships. This experience is by far the best car buying experience that I've had EVER.
