Zero stars if I could, I needed a windshield header for my jk, mopar sells it for $163 Rockville Darcars tried to charge me $220 markup for retail, my price is the internet price. I was told the silver spring darcars had my part in stock. I called the silver spring Darcars and they confirmed they had the part, I asked them to hold it and they said that was not their policy to hold parts when I tried to buy it they told me it was on hold, my JK is my last jeep.they did price match but I shouldn’t need to price match at the dealership for an Oem part for the mopar, Ive owned 3 YJs and a JK. 20 years later and this is the games your dealerships want to pay. LOL.

In a nutshell... this particular dealers service department is shady as xxxx. We've experienced the same long waits to have our Jeep Cherokee serviced and returned, and now they're being shady about servicing the car under an extended service warranty sold at the time of purchase in 2014 (new). We paid and additional $3000 for the car to be covered bumper to bumper except for the usual wear and tear (batteries, wipers, lights, etc.). Then they blew our phone up after about a year trying to convince us to trade it in. Turns out that wasn't a great year for that year's transmission and it's become expensive. We've easily broken even if not been spared major expenses, so as long as this vehicle is in driving condition it'll have to rust from under me. Now we have an issue with the car jerking and hesitating at low speeds. When we first took it in they test drove and confirmed, then said they couldn't get any diagnostics and basically gave it back to it this way. We limped into it Free State Auto & Truck Service for an oil change hoping that would help and THEY pointed out that the filter housing was broken. That may not have been so easy for my untrained eye to see but once shown I feel any rookie mechanic should have been able to see and repair that. On YouTube it looks ridiculously easy so they are just blowing us off and I believe outright lying to avoid their responsibility to honor that warranty.

Great experience all around. Bought my new Pacifica just before the new year hassle free. Alex, sales, was my rep. Alex is a knowledgeable, no-nonsense, straight shooter, and he was my respectful of my time. Greatly appreciated the professional treatment from the entire staff, including Terrell and the general manager.

Alex and VJ and the sales manager Terrell were who I dealt with and they were all fantastic. Alex is very knowledgeable. VJ is very good at his job and I felt like Terrell really cared about my experience and my happiness with the vehicle etc.

Very Bad Experience I went From PA TO MD almost 2 hours 25 minutes To buy a dodge charger but the sales person was unprofessional and rude The price was fixed rate but he offer another car with different color we didn't like it so I left the dealership
