The customer service here is unbelievable. From what I understand it is under completely new management (which is wonderful btw) Tessa was a terrific sales associate and made sure all of my needs were met understand it is under completely new management (which is wonderful btw) Tessa was a terrific sales associate and made sure all of my needs were met. The new General Manager James is so involved with every customer making sure that everyone is being properly taken care of! Even His own staff!! You could tell that he genuinely cared about everyone customer and employee. I honestly cant wait to see them again! More
Ali Basma is the most professional and friendly service consultant I have ever encountered at a dealership! He took care of my car, and made sure that it was delivered to me spic and span. He had things taken care of before we even got there for the paper work so we wouldn't have to wait around. He was amazing. Then when it was time to do the paper work we were introduced to Steve Cole the business manager. He too was very helpful and explained in detail all of the paper work and the extras to where we could understand it. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family when they are ready to purchase a car. Thank you, you all were wonderful. More
The dealership was good from the standpoint of a new vehicle purchase. However, AFTER the sale they failed to stand up for their work and the product. My son needed a reliable car for college so he sp vehicle purchase. However, AFTER the sale they failed to stand up for their work and the product. My son needed a reliable car for college so he spent some of his college money on a new Jeep Patriot. As part of the new car sale, he got three free oil changes. When he was home from school on break last winter, he got one of the oil changes. About 3,000 miles later, the engine seized up due to a "catastrophic loss of oil". The Jeep dealership at his college stated: "ENGINE LOST OIL FROM LOOSE OIL FILTER RESULTING IN LOWER END ENGINE DAMAGE". As they told me verbally, the last one to do an oil change did not put the filter on tight enough and it finally came loose, resulting in the engine rapidly pumping the oil out and then failing. I took up the matter with Darcars, but in their determination, the fact that it went 3,000 miles before it finally came loose means it was not their fault. However, a friend who oversaw thousands of vehicles for the USPS told me that distance does not matter - you go over a bump or turn the wrong way and suddenly it can come loose if it was not put on tight. Furthermore, the dealership for the same brand of vehicle at my son's college even stated that the cause was the oil filter being loose. Darcars did not back their work, and refused to pay the $3,654.67 it cost to have the engine rebuilt. I had to drive 4.5 hours each way to bring my son home from college and he had to take a bus back to pick it up, with us sharing another vehicle the whole time he was without the Jeep that we bought so he would have a "reliable" vehicle for school. I do NOT recommend this dealership as their sense of loyalty to their customers appears to be in question. More
Noticed when making my phone appointment, the receptionist handled the call in a professional manner. Usually in the past this wasn't the case. Noticed my car was handled by a service assistant before seeing my service rep. This was nice. Had an 8 am appointment. Took entirely too long to finish my appointment. I was there for 4 hours. Don't think the work warranted that amount of time. It was appreciated that the car service took me to get something to eat while waiting that length of time. Explained to the service rep (lady) that air conditioner needed to be checked. She even asked me if it was blowing hot air or not working. When I spoke with the tech he hadn't checked it cause it wasn't written on the list. I wasn't happy. However, he immediately took it back and check it out and found the cause. I thanked him for that. The cashier wasn't very friendly but once I engaged her she smiled and all was ok. Lastly, I think this dealership needs to have a quiet wait room. You should realize that not everyone wants to look at or hear that television programing that's on. I not a tv person. Being there for 4 hours, I brought my work to do and there's no where to settle your mind at this dealership. Please think about getting a quiet room where people can work without listening to babies, tv, and cell phone conversations. Overall, no one tops Mr. Brian. He takes care of me every time with excellent service. I'll see you at the next visit. More

As an older, disabled, single lady I am so VERY greatful for a service manager like Brian Paige. When I walk in the shop he makes me feel as though I am the only customer in the world and he will go out of for a service manager like Brian Paige. When I walk in the shop he makes me feel as though I am the only customer in the world and he will go out of his way to make my visit to DarCars as easy as possible. I trust him completely and know in my heart that he will see to it that I get the best possible service. Today's visit was a huge blow to my wallet and he calmed me down and worked a deal that left me feeling really happy and extremely greatful. It's nice to walk in the door and see "your service manager" there and ready to help as well as support you.
