Very poor manners and beyond rude! I came in looking for a Jeep my sales person was very sweet and tried to be as helpful. We found a car i like and when i met with the manager Paul in I came in looking for a Jeep my sales person was very sweet and tried to be as helpful. We found a car i like and when i met with the manager Paul in the beginning he was very nice but turn ugly very quick when i wouldnt take his offer. He got up and left did not say nothing! I buy jeeps every year and its crazy to see someone act like that especially when you are planning on paying cash! I left very disgusted with this dealer on how this manager handled the negations.I live 1 hour away and came here just to waste my time and get treated with rudeness! I would not recommend this place to no one!!! I went to another dealership and got awesome customer service and left with a cat that same day! DO NOT GO HERE!! More

My terms and quick I went in pretty well researched and knowing what I wanted in the car and the deal. They were very responsive to that. There was a bit of confusion as to whether my car was available at a sister dealership, so I double checked that and it was, and as soon as I told them, they got it straight over. I hope to change this car over as soon as the plug in comes out and I'll be going straight back to DARCARS. This is the third vehicle I have bought at three different DARCARS dealerships and my experience has been consistent over all three. As a bonus, Mark didn't tell me how to fill out the manufacturer's survey, but rather emphasized that I am the manufacturer's customer too and I should let them know if there's anything he could have done better (and he'd appreciate the chance to fix it first). More

Always great service I"ve never imagine that i will be going to a dealer service repair to do all my car repairs. But i do have to admit that the trust that my vehicle is being handled by professional with factory parts being installed is always a rest assurance of ease. I've never seen a service rep deal so professionally as Brian Page... I believe that this guy is - DE! perfect image when it comes to customer service, i mean Just by his honest and sincere energy i have no problem spending hundreds :) "just Joking" Thank you Chrysler as long as Brian is at this location i will bring my vehicle to the dealership for all my repairs. Used car staff here are the EPITOME of USED CAR SALESMEN If you are purchasing a used car go anywhere but here! The worst of a long list of issues with my purchase is that Daniel Tulloch, while speaking of trust and the importance of customer relationship/satisfaction to him; asked me for a post dated check to "hold" after insisting I put $500 more down than I told them I had on the date of purchase. I was willing to take my business elsewhere; but he assured me it's done "all the time and there was nothing to worry about." After following the instructions he provided me, DARCARS still deposited the check before the agreed upon date. After figuring out Daniel was a conniver trying to make a quota; I escalated my concerns to Jovaughn, the sales manager, who assured me they whatever date Daniel told me, they "honor." Yet, here I am left scrambling to avoid my account being overdrawn for the bills I PLANNED to pay (including my RENT). Fortunately I have access to resources in a pinch; but that is beside the point. Amongst other things I plan to submit a VERY detailed complaint with documentation to the Maryland State Attorney General's office and The BBB. I am certain I'm not the first and won't be the last based on my dealings with this establishment so far. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE PEOPLE PERSONALLY & PROFESSIONALLY. This is THE WORST used car dealership I have ever done "business" with. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy. More

From the beginning, Mark explained the whole process and I was clear on everything throughout the whole transaction. He also stayed late and took the time to answer all my questions about the vehicle. Saji was delightfully patient with answering all my questions about the various leasing scenarios. A special thank you to Mr Kamran Sheikh, the manager from VW next door, for recommending the Town & Country and for recommending Mark and the rest of the staff at Darcars!
