CPO process was flawed. Trade in was never paid off, - emails never answered. The manager of the dealership did not even have the courtesy to call me back or email me. BMW Mt Kisco's prices were very competitive, and hence, they are somewhat firm on the list prices. However, they were willing to work with me on alternative ways to provide savings (i.e. interest rates) and I was extremely pleased with my overall experience. I ended up not purchasing the car that I was interested in (no fault to the dealership), but I wouldn't hesitate to work with them in the future. Loaner cars are always available for me from the service department and my car is ready and washed when promised. The staff is friendly and professional. The dealership is a modern, up to date facility with pleanty of space for sales, CPO sales, service and customer lounging areas. Coffee is always available along with a wide screen TV, tables and comfortable chairs.
