The only complaint I have is that I had to pay $25 for a replacement gas cap. I purchased my CPO 328XI in December 20120, and each time I filled it with gas, I noticed the gas cap was extremely difficult t replacement gas cap. I purchased my CPO 328XI in December 20120, and each time I filled it with gas, I noticed the gas cap was extremely difficult to remove, which seemd odd to me. I never experienced that on any of my Japanese cars. Since I only use the car on weekends, I did not mention this to Ralph Nicolais, salesman who sold me the car. However, even a gas attendant recently mentioned to me that it is not normal to have such difficulty in removing the gas cap. While it is only $25, I really would have thought that BMW Mt. Kisco should have paid for this since it was obviously broken or defective when I picked the car up, and this was not checked before the car was delivered. So, while it is a relativley minor cost and annoyance, a dealership who seems to pride itself on good customer service, should pay more attention to the smaller details. First I must say this is the most professional BMW dealership that I have ever worked with or ever had the pleasure of walking into. All other BMW dealerships brushed me off, never called back with a dealership that I have ever worked with or ever had the pleasure of walking into. All other BMW dealerships brushed me off, never called back with a price quote, never returned calls when you call them. It may because I am not a typical BMW buyer (I'm in my early 20s). But BMW Mt.Kisco is the polar opposite! Dan was calling me back, working all angles with me so I would get the best price on my trade-in and the best price on the new car then wasn't the slightest bit annoyed when I completely changed the car that I was looking at from a 335xi to a X3. He wanted to make sure I was in the right car for me and that it had every little gadget and "toy" that I wanted. Completely worked with me and I was very very happy with his professionalism and his great personality. He made me feel comfortable and as if I had known him for years, he is really a A+ salesman. I could really just go on and on about the dealership and Dan but bottom line is GO HERE TO BUY YOUR BMW!! More
