Service Team responsive to the car issues and resolved problems. FIrst I came in with radio problem then 2 days later with a dead battery. I go out of my way to have my BMW serviced by this dealer (from Connecticut to Mt Kisco, 50 minute drive). The staff are forthcoming and treat you as a friend with a problem they are eager and able to fix. Whenever possible they will try to complete work on my car while I wait, and the surroundings where one waits are beautiful. Not only have I never had a complaint about the quality of the work being carried out, but, in addition, my car is always returned to me sparkling clean even when I bring it in for just a minor issue. Mt Kisco makes owning a BMW and bringing it in for service a sheer pleasure! More
