After traveling to Audi, Lexus, Porsche, Nissan, Range Rover and Volvo we found ourselves at the BMW in Tarrytown. After being greeted by some teeny-boppers sipping on smoothies and snapping their gum, and not being spoken to or helped out by the several sales people who seemed too busy doing nothing a few feet from us, we left for the Mt Kisco BMW location. Elaine Gordon was a breath of fresh air. Professional but also extremely knowledgeable (this woman knows her cars!), Elaine was easy to talk to and we immediately cliqued with her. After trekking around to so many other places in Greenwich, Mt. Kisco, Tarrytown and Eastchester for the other dealers, the BMW X3 was the right size for us, had the right features and service package included... but MOST important to us that made the whole deal feel "right" was our relationship with Elaine. She was responsive throughout our decision-making process, always thorough and never pushy. We were genuinely pleased to give her our business, and my husband, an avid Porsche lover, is considering stepping away as he has not felt the same appreciation for his business there. Elaine sets the bar very high and I would highly recommend working with her to anyone with great business sense who values the relationship-building component of the car buying experience. More

I rated BMW Mount Kisco with a "great" score throughout for the following reasons: Each time I visit I find it to be a very friendly environment where the overall sense is that everyone is wo throughout for the following reasons: Each time I visit I find it to be a very friendly environment where the overall sense is that everyone is working to make the customer's experience as pleasant as possible. Almost any problem I have with my car creates extreme anxiety for me but as soon as I arrive I always feel confident that I and my car will be very well taken care of in every way but most importantly in that my car will be fixed quickly, drive well again, and the price of services will be fair. I was BLOWN away by their service, I cannot thank them enough. I have never been treated so well by a dealer ship. There was not one person from the receptionist to the service technicians that were not j enough. I have never been treated so well by a dealer ship. There was not one person from the receptionist to the service technicians that were not just, at the risk of sounding cheesy, WONDERFUL! I have been to dealers before that insist on selling you things you don't need making you wait for hours, and then flat out refusing to service your vehicle because they would be doing you an injustice if they didn't try and get you in that new car...needless to say I was a little jaded and guarded. The Mount Kisco dealership was honest, extremely nice, listened to what I wanted and went out of their way to accommodate me. I am sold on them I just wish I had found them a LONG time ago... Many many thanks, clent More

My BMW M5 came in with an SMG transmission problem that required a Herculean effort to diagnose. The Service Department worked on the car for better than a week, generating a comprehensive service write-u required a Herculean effort to diagnose. The Service Department worked on the car for better than a week, generating a comprehensive service write-up ran to 8 pages. They really did a thoughtful and meticulous job in running the problem down, and ended up replacing the entire hydraulic subsystem and sensors in the transmission. A week later, the transmission flaked out again. Mt Kisco BMW gave me a loaner without being asked, and went to bat with BMW North America on my behalf. Afer two weeks of diagnosis, testing and negotiation, they talked BMW North America into sending them an entire new M5 SMG transmission which they installed and tested. The car now runs like it just came off the assembly line in Munich. The Service Department must have put 50 hours into my car, and just would not give up or cut corners. The cost for all this? The $50 warranty deductible. I woulld highly reccomend the Service Department. Not only did they do a great job, but Ricky, my service advisor, kept me up to date on a daily basis with what was going on in the shop. Overall, a GREAT experience. More

I am about to mail a letter to the owner describing my experience at length. Briefly, I leased a car that was used by the dealership. It was delivered and performed in substandard condition. I had to m experience at length. Briefly, I leased a car that was used by the dealership. It was delivered and performed in substandard condition. I had to make 5 return trips in 5 months for service issues that would not have existed had the car met the criteria of an older, pre-owned vehicle. Not to mention that the lease agreement presented on the day of pick up had hundreds more miles on it than the car did a week before when I signed the original agreement. And neither the salesman nor the leasing rep spoke to the fragility of the tires or the rebate on the insurance. Upon questioning, neither admitted to having to do so anyway. I was also charged for a loaner for an emergency service visit 3 months into the lease. I was driving long distance and was told on the way out of town to ignore the warning light, and subsequently told on the way back to bring it in immediately. Salesman and customer service rep both said credit would be issued. No such thing. As a matter of fact, there's not a person there--sales, service or general manager--who will even return my calls or respond to my emails. I would have been better off buying a pre-owned certified vehicle somewhere else. I am aghast that my car has had service issues from the moment I drove out of the dealership. A friend leased at my recommendation. Leasing manager released the car without signed paperwork then hassled her at work when he picked up on his mistake. Salesman gave her the details of my financing and, most recently, told her he hoped she did not tell me she was there for service. Childish, unprofessional and in violation of my right to privacy, he continued to program her telephone and now the phone book has names but no numbers and the voice command doesn't work at all. He programmed my phone, too. The system recorded exactly one entry. The radio had to be replaced, after 4 months of calling to say it wasn't working right and being told there was nothing wrong with it, and now the phone book is empty and the voice command doesn't work it all. Radio frequently pauses to find a signal before turning on. "BMW Ultimate Driving Machine…We design extraordinary cars." This is my third and I love to drive them. I wonder how they would feel about my experience in Bavaria. More
