I recently had service at Mt. Kisco BMW this past Wednesday. I got my car back on Wednesday night and went home- I drove 15 miles on a clear road with no debris after I picked up Kisco BMW this past Wednesday. I got my car back on Wednesday night and went home- I drove 15 miles on a clear road with no debris after I picked up my car. The next day, I'm driving and suddenly I receive an alert about my tire pressure on one of the tires being low- it had just dipped down to the level where it gives you a notification. I park and see there's something large jammed into the tire, I immediately call a third party garage that has the tire I need in stock and I get it replaced. The service team at Mavis alerted me that they've never seen this before- it's a spark plug. They gave me the spark plug as a souvenir. I immediately know where this came from and I call DARCARS BMW of Mt. Kisco to let them know. Let me just say this is not the first problem I've had with this dealership. I spoke with the service manager who, very condescendingly, did not want to hear what I was saying. Unacceptable behavior from a manager; customer service is the number 1 priority in a business, because without customers, you HAVE NO BUSINESS. He mentioned that having a spark plug stuck in the tread of my tire could clearly happen everywhere. I'm not driving on dirty, litter-filled roads in the projects nor did I go on 84 or the Taconic, but I guess everyone is littering the roads with disposed spark plugs on the regular, and this issue definitely won't ever happen in a full service garage at a dealership. I guess it's OK that I just picked my car up from the dealership for an oil change and within 24 hours I have air leaking out of my tire from a spark plug lodged into the tread of the tire. I guess it's OK that a day after I picked up my first BMW from that same dealership (a demo car) it had a flat tire from a nail that was stuck in there for some time (their words, not mine.) I guess it's OK that when I picked my car up for an oil change 2 years ago, I got my car back with a huge deep gash on my mirror and my car was filthy inside with sand and grease. Not sure what happened there. I guess it's also OK that one of the contracted employees taking vehicles off the flatbed in the parking lot floored it in reverse all the way to the service bay at 7PM in the dark with no lights on, and almost hit into me as I was leaving my space. These situations are something I would expect coming from a gas station service center or one of the Curry dealerships, not a certified BMW dealership. This is why when I was looking for a new car, I went to a different BMW dealership that's much farther away to get my car. I would much rather go to New Jersey or Pennsylvania to get my oil changed at an out of state BMW dealership than go back to Mt. Kisco. I am not sure what is going on with this dealership but it looks like someone has to come in on a Sunday and sage the entire building. More
This dealership is where you WANT to buy or lease your next car! Everyone from our Sales Consultant, Lindsay Diasparra to Gian, Antonio and Mike welcomed us and thanked us for choosing DarCars. My hu next car! Everyone from our Sales Consultant, Lindsay Diasparra to Gian, Antonio and Mike welcomed us and thanked us for choosing DarCars. My husband and I visited on a rainy March evening and Lindsay called to welcome us before we arrived! She said they were waiting to meet us and to be careful while driving because of the weather. We knew shortly after sitting with her, that we were going to use DarCars and Lindsay for our next car. Other local dealers have nothing on this dealership! Lindsay is sharp, knows her product and makes the process very easy. When the day came to pick up our new Lexus 350h, Lindsay walked us through our new car as it is very different from our older 2020 450h version. She showed us the new technology, synced a phone to the car and explained all the new options and their placement in the car. If we had any questions, she answered them and told us to call her with ANY concerns. While waiting to finish up the paperwork, we had the pleasure of meeting and working with Gian, the Sales Manager, Antonio Otero also a Sales Consultant who was helpful in securing the new window registration, and we would be remiss if we didn't mention Mike in the Service Department who quickly wiped off the excess schmutz on the new car. Everyone at DarCars would introduce themselves and asked if they could help us. They made us feel as though we were the only clients in the dealership, and they were there to help. I should mention that our family is and has been in the automobile business for 4 decades and we while could have used a local dealership we opted out. They did not return phone calls, we were bumped from one salesperson to another, were kept waiting. They have nothing on DarCars! Extremely pleasant experience! More
My buying experience was made easy and pleasant when purchasing my new iX. Alex Pirsos was very helpful and extremely knowledgable about the car. I can't say enough good things about him. His manager purchasing my new iX. Alex Pirsos was very helpful and extremely knowledgable about the car. I can't say enough good things about him. His manager (Shawn Holmes) was also quite involved and very helpful in making the sale. I would highly recommend them as a team to anyone interested in purchasing a BMW. More
