His patience came in key after some back and forth, then finally landing an agreement. Watch out for premium vehicle pricing and deceiving sales practices at this dealership. I tried to buy an X1 M35 and got the run around at multiple visits to this dealership. I left very upset because they were not giving me a straight answer when I asked for a price on the car. They lowballed my trade in and when I said the number was crazy they said what if we add another 1k. They gave me a price on the vehicle as I was standing to walk out and included a premium vehicle fee over MSRP. When I got upset and said that was wrong they said “well would you buy it for MSRP?” I won’t buy from people with shady sales practices. The GM called me after I left and tried to say the salesmen was new after I had been speaking with him for 6 months and it was the manager that was speaking about the money with me. The GM apologized for my experience and never followed up after an email sharing his phone number. I bought the car from another dealership for $5k less than the price they gave me, no haggling, no added premium pricing. Do yourself a favor and at the very least get a price from another dealership. More

Jerrick Rosario, was a pleasure. I was exploring vehicles and wasn't certain if I wanted a Lexus or BMW. I went to a Manhattan Lexus dealership; walked around, used their coffee machine, used the bathroom and watched tv for about 30 minutes and not once did a sales person approach me, so I said to myself"no Lexus". I went to Mt. Kisco dealership in the past and wasn't pleased when the sales person tried to sale me a pre-owned BMW, when I said that I was interested in new only, and she replied "why". So, a year later, I decided to walk in the Mt. Kisco dealership again. But saying to myself " may be I should just buy a top of the line Honda Accord ". But Jerrick walked over to me as soon as I enter the dealership. I told him I wasn't sure that I wanted a BMW, but I explained to him that I want a new vehicle. Jerrick immediatly took me outside and showed me several models. I was truly impressed how he took time to show me the function of several BMW models and listened to my wishes. I have a busy lifestyle and Jerrick emailed and called numerous times and I didn't return his calls, but he kept me informed of the vehicle status. Jerrick is an exceptional salesperson, and he is the only reason why I purchased my BMW. More
