One service visit, somewhat overdue (my bad). The advisor went over all the findings carefully with me and helped me prioritize the work. Charges were always very clear and work was timely. The repairs and maintenance that I requested to have performed appeared to have been done properly and the full diagnosis was clearly stated on the receipt. I ended up having some of the remaining work done later at an independent, because my BMW is 11 years old, with 130k miles, and dealer maintenance is relatively expensive for a car whose value is diminishing rapidly. I am glad I had the full diagnosis done at the dealer will continue to use dealer service for essential diagnoses. If my car were newer and especially during the "free maintenance" period, I would not hesitate to have the work done here. Knowing that an excellent service department is available will influence my next purchase to be a BMW. More

Eventhough, I have bought an always use the BMW Mt. Kisco service department, They always service my vehicles quickly, professionally and correctly. Eventhough, I have bought and leased all my BMW's at other dealers , MT Kisco service department certainly raises the dealership well above the rest. I came here to buy a 2010 BMW 328xi with very specific options. They had the vehicle that I wanted and they made sure that I purchased that vehicle. Despite their "no haggle policy" we were able to agree options. They had the vehicle that I wanted and they made sure that I purchased that vehicle. When I got there and spoke with the team, they managed to take the overall experien because they had the X5 that I was looking for at a great price. I was shocked when on the phone I was told it would cost me 600.00. When I went to pick up my car Frank told me that I had to pay 822.00. My wife and I were very pleased with our car buying experience. We felt that we got a great price and got the exact model and color of vehicle we wanted which is why we made the 2 hour trip from Penns experience. Todd was honest and straightforward with us from initial conversation over the phone. He was very thorough regarding the orientation to controls, keys, onboard computer settings, locks, etc. The car was immaculately clean as well plus we got some new floor mats. Furthermore, we enjoyed our conversation with Todd and he genuinely seemed like a good and honest man. Dawn, who handled the paper work was also very friendly and efficient and it took no time at all to get us on our way. More
