It is great that loaner cars are availble, even for emergency visits. I had a deal-owner loaner car for my visit on May 3rd. The car was great, but the inside of the windshield was very dirty and I n emergency visits. I had a deal-owner loaner car for my visit on May 3rd. The car was great, but the inside of the windshield was very dirty and I needed to pull over to clean it myself. Not a big deal given the overall goodness of the experience, but perhaps something to keep in mind. More
Was not a good experience - perhaps was my confusion, but for a premier brand and compared to the service I had received from Lexus, this was poor. I had received an automated call from BMW of Greenwich? t for a premier brand and compared to the service I had received from Lexus, this was poor. I had received an automated call from BMW of Greenwich? to bring my car in for servicing. I did bring it in early for the first servicing 12,000 miles vs 15000 and asked to have some touch ups done. I was told it was too early for the oil change and was offered to purchase touch up paint. I bought the paint thinking it was for future purpose and expected the touch ups to be done while in the shop. Was also told to bring the car back later for the oil change. While all this wasn't inappropriate, it wasn't what I expect from a premier brand. A top service provider would have done the oil change anyway and doing the touch ups would have been good form. I am very happy with the car itself but this was a disappointment for my first service experience. I have owned three Lexus cars and their service has always been first rate with the customer experience as top-of-mind. I hope my future experiences are better. Erik Sossa Cell 914-310-2776 More

This was my first purchase of a BMW new model vehicle. The facility as viewed from a distance is top-rate so I am sure the service will be great also. Of course I read the comments in dealerrater and other rating websites before buying from them. All the people I came in contact with were very professional. I was able to order a new model using one of their dealer slots. I believe I got a fair deal on price which I am very happy with. Spending a lot of time with me answering all questions I had for vehicle operation was very much appreciated. These vehicles now are highly computerized and although the manuals are superb it helps to deal with someone who knows all about them. My follow-up questions are being answered too, quickly and in detail. It is a pleasure dealing with them and I highly recommend them. More

I purchased a 2010 "Certified" BMW from Mt Kisco. The entire experience was simply shameful. After putting a deposit on the car I was asked to return the following Friday as my salesman was Kisco. The entire experience was simply shameful. After putting a deposit on the car I was asked to return the following Friday as my salesman was taking a day off on Thursday. I changed my holiday travel plans to accommodate. Less than 24 hours before coming to pick up my car I was told my salesman was NOT going to be in on Friday and I would have to deal with someone else. I came in with a cashiers check for the "so-called" certified BMW only to find it had been driven over 150 miles since I had put my deposit on it. The one item that I asked be addressed was a small scratch on the door. I was told he would have "his guy" take care of it. It was indeed touched up, but looked like the salesman did it in 2 minutes with a brush on his coffee break. Interior components and floor mats were missing. A passing salesman threw the parts in the car (they should be anchored). One of the mats was obviously incorrect and actually interfered with the accelerator pedal. I was told a new one would be mailed immediately. After driving the vehicle a hour down the road, I noticed the coolant light was on. I stopped and bought BMW coolant and waited for the car to cool down. It was disgusted to find out it was nearly a whole LITER low on coolant. This is inexcusable for any recently purchased car, especially a certified BMW. It hasn't lost a drop of coolant since, so obviously nobody even checked the level. Several weeks later no replacement floor mat had arrived, but I received a voicemail from my salesman. However he did not mention the mats, but instead begged and grovelled for a perfect review for him and his dealership, as it would help him financially. Sad and pathetic! Would a waitress who ignored your table and served you cold crappy food chase after you for a 20% tip?! After several emails and voicemails explaining the exact item I needed, my salesman did actually send floor mats, THE WRONG ONES! He actually even tried at first to hold them as ransom for a perfect review! I was told to re-box them and send them back at my expense (in hope I would ever see the right ones). Instead I sold the incorrect mats on Ebay and went to a reputable dealer and bought the proper mats (and a few more accessories for my wife's X3). As I understand it BMW of Mt. Kisco has only been around for six years. I doubt very much that they will actually be around for another six. In my opinion, just based on the shady corner-lot ethics and poor "rubber-stamped" certification process I witnessed, I would never purchase ANY vehicle used, certified or new from BMW of Mt. Kisco. Took my car in to replace a tire damaged by hitting a pothole. The Mt Kisco BMW staff not only replaced that tire, but identified an issue with one of my other tires and replaced that too. Since I had ta pothole. The Mt Kisco BMW staff not only replaced that tire, but identified an issue with one of my other tires and replaced that too. Since I had taken out the wheel and tire insurance at time of purchase, I incurred no cost. The staff were courteous and professional and made me feel like a valued customer. Receiving a cleaned car at the end of the day was an added bonus! More
