I went in for my 15,000 mile service and Vincent was very helpful and explained what was going to be done to my car and when I should expect a phone call back. I also had a problem with the clear coat peeli helpful and explained what was going to be done to my car and when I should expect a phone call back. I also had a problem with the clear coat peeling on my wheels and Vincent took pictures of them and sent them to his regional rep and assured me they would take care this problem. My car came back to me clean and everyone in the process was very professional from when I pulled up to the service area to when they walked me to my car to take all the tags down on my rear view mirror and the tag off my keys. When I first arrived at Mount Kisco I was greeted by Jay Cirocco (new vehicle client advisor). Mr. Cirocco not only showed me vehicles but helped me devise a payment plan to fit my financial level. Mount Kisco BMW was not the only car dealership I had visited nor was Jay Cirocco the first car dealer I had ever dealt with. So I can honestly say that I have never felt as comfortable or assured as I did with Jay Cirocco. As a result, I leased the 2013 BMW i x drive with confidence.
