I went in for my 15,000 mile service and Vincent was very helpful and explained what was going to be done to my car and when I should expect a phone call back. I also had a problem with the clear coat peeli helpful and explained what was going to be done to my car and when I should expect a phone call back. I also had a problem with the clear coat peeling on my wheels and Vincent took pictures of them and sent them to his regional rep and assured me they would take care this problem. My car came back to me clean and everyone in the process was very professional from when I pulled up to the service area to when they walked me to my car to take all the tags down on my rear view mirror and the tag off my keys.
