We had a great experience with a dealer at Mount Kisco BMW, his name is Claus Hattasch. We have used him for other vehicles and he always gave us great service. I had my 2009 BMW 335i serviced at BMW Mt. Kisco for a 3rd oil change and other vital maintenance repair actions @ 46K miles which was covered by my extended maintenance agreement. In addition, I request 3rd oil change and other vital maintenance repair actions @ 46K miles which was covered by my extended maintenance agreement. In addition, I requested they perform the Power Steering Fluid Service and Fuel Induction Injection System Cleaning Service which I had to pay for. I am very satisfied with the added services because the steering does feel heavy now and the car's performance seems to be more dynamic with more acceleration punch after the Induction/Injection cleaning. It was not cheap, but worth it. Frank was a pleasure to work with again. More

Bought new battery exactly 24.5 months ago for my 2008 BMW 528xi I bought at this dealership for $55k+ Also bought extended warranty for a few more grand. Dealer refused to replace battery because it only has a 24-month warranty. Car was in for a recall Service Rep blamed me for not driving the car enough. In my life have never bought a car battery that did not have at least 36 month warranty. BMW knows the car's electrical system was over engineered with monitoring when engine is not running. You would think BMW and this dealer would at least share the cost of a new battery, if not honor it's replacement at no charge. What did I get? No call back from the Service Manager, and they just charge the old battery Just tried to trade-in this 528xi with only 46k miles in perfect condition and buy a new Mercedes. They offered $10k for a trade in. When you calculate the depreciation of this car, it far surpasses the depreciation of my 4 other cars ( JaguarXK, CLL430, c280, Suburu) by a huge amount. Suburu holds up the best, then the Jag and then the Benz's. BMW at $10k is a joke. Never will buy a BMW again...Overrated. More
