We had a great experience with a dealer at Mount Kisco BMW, his name is Claus Hattasch. We have used him for other vehicles and he always gave us great service. I had my 2009 BMW 335i serviced at BMW Mt. Kisco for a 3rd oil change and other vital maintenance repair actions @ 46K miles which was covered by my extended maintenance agreement. In addition, I requested they perform the Power Steering Fluid Service and Fuel Induction Injection System Cleaning Service which I had to pay for. I am very satisfied with the added services because the steering does feel heavy now and the car's performance seems to be more dynamic with more acceleration punch after the Induction/Injection cleaning. It was not cheap, but worth it. Frank was a pleasure to work with again. More
