I brought my car in for rear brake pads service. Access is easy, dropping off the car in the morning was well organized, you just drive right in front of the service center entrance, leave the key inside a is easy, dropping off the car in the morning was well organized, you just drive right in front of the service center entrance, leave the key inside and check-in at the service desk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had an appointment and all the paperwork was prepared, the lady even knew me by name. The client rep was knowledgeable and helpful and for me most importantly, kept his promise to inform me about the progress. I received a VM and email once my car was ready for pickup. Just the way that makes life easy - great service, no headaches. More
