Harleen was responsive to my questions and was very interested in having me visit the dealership. Once at the dealership, John was very attuned to meeting my needs for a new BMW. He was attentive, efficient, friendly, and quick to action. John found a car that met my needs and after one visit to the managers office came back with a very competitive lease offer which I accepted. When I returned two days later to pick up my new BMW, John had all the paper work ready and the deal was closed quickly. The final step was Mike(the expert) taking close to two hours to show my wife and I the MANY features of our new BMW. Thanks for a very excellent experience. More

They took all the time I need, never rushed decisions, and made sure that I was never in the dark about any aspect of the purchase. Geographically, this is not the easiest dealership for me to get to, but it is well worth the trip. More

This dealership gets it that savvy shoppers can quickly compare prices among dealerships and its prices were simply better than rest . Todd was an exceptional salesman . 30+yrs in the business and has worked with BMW engineers in the past to create some of the fabulous engineering in the cars . Low key approach , no pressure because they are not on commission . We bought a 3yr old 328i off lease that looks brand new and Todd took an hour to walk us through the features , get phones synced with Blue Tooth , etc as if we were buying a top of the line new car .
