There were other BMW dealerships located closer to me, but none I dealt with Rich McCarthy in my purchase of a Certified Pre-Owned 2011 328i Xdrive. There were other BMW dealerships located closer to me, but none were as responsive and knowledgeable as Rich was. Rich and I exchanged probably close to 50 emails over a 2-week period and he was very patient with me as I asked many questions and tried to decide between 2 different cars. Everything Rich quoted about the car turned out to be 100% true, which wasn't the case with other dealerships. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured by Rich during my 3 visits to BMW Mt. Kisco. Without any reservation, I recommend Rich McCarthy to anybody looking to buy a BMW. More

Their facility is state of the art and extremely clean. I dropped my car off on Tuesday morning for a minor service and they got me in and out quickly. The loaner car they provided me was ready and very clean. When I picked up my car, all of the service was performed to my standards and my car came back to me washed and vacuumed. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to get a BMW and have it serviced at a first class dealership. More
