There were other BMW dealerships located closer to me, but none were as responsive and knowledgeable as Rich was. Rich and I exchanged probably close to 50 emails over a 2-week period and he was very patient with me as I asked many questions and tried to decide between 2 different cars. Everything Rich quoted about the car turned out to be 100% true, which wasn't the case with other dealerships. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured by Rich during my 3 visits to BMW Mt. Kisco.
