Best BMW service in the area I have a choice of multiple dealerships in the area where I can and have had service done, But BMW Mt Kisco was far and away the best experience I ha I have a choice of multiple dealerships in the area where I can and have had service done, But BMW Mt Kisco was far and away the best experience I have had with any of them. The level of service was excellent, and scheduling was available in a timely manner and easy to do on their website. I was able to get an appointment within 3 days for a routine problem, whereas the dealership where I purchased the vehicle was showing a wait of over a month. The repairs were completed in a timely manner, and the service representative kept me informed as to the progress, which did require an overnight to complete. Well done. More
