My wife and I both like the technology and features available in the x5 but we had very specific requirements and wanted a low mileage pre-owned vehicle. I steeled myself for the hard sell, haggling and trips to the managers office but was pleasantly surprised when a friend recommended BMW Mt. Kisco and a sales person that she had dealt with. BMW Mt. Kisco is a showcase for BMW products with a courteous knowledgeable staff. Jack Salach found us exactly the car we wanted right down to color - no haggling, no hard sell. He then spent all the time we needed helping us understand iDrive and many of the great features and driving aids in our x5. I would recommend BMW Mt. Best BMW service in the area I have a choice of multiple dealerships in the area where I can and have had service done, But BMW Mt Kisco was far and away the best experience I ha I have a choice of multiple dealerships in the area where I can and have had service done, But BMW Mt Kisco was far and away the best experience I have had with any of them. The level of service was excellent, and scheduling was available in a timely manner and easy to do on their website. I was able to get an appointment within 3 days for a routine problem, whereas the dealership where I purchased the vehicle was showing a wait of over a month. The repairs were completed in a timely manner, and the service representative kept me informed as to the progress, which did require an overnight to complete. Well done. More
