Perfection with an out of state sale I started my vehicle search about 3 months ago, testing and driving a bunch of cars. I don’t typically do reviews, but with being so nervous about this process and it going so well I had to. From start to finish the whole process took 5 days, 5 days mind you that fell over the 4th of July Holiday. While I had contact with many people, a few stood out to me and needed to be recognized. Chris Orridge in finance went out of his way to communicate often and clearly. Help with registering a car in a state 3 states away comes with many questions. Chris and his team answered everyone. One person on his team Jessica Delima processed the final paperwork. She reassured me that this process would go smooth and perfect to the very end, and it has. Truly a non-pressured, comfortable, informative process from start to finish. In a time where service is a tough commodity to find, they provided it. Even Trevor Warwick the GM added value by suggesting a shipping service that brought my car right to my home. I have purchased multiple high-end German brands over the years and this is without a doubt the worst dealership. High pressure tactics, loads of added fees, including a mandatory 2% dealer charge, unnecessa years and this is without a doubt the worst dealership.
