BREACH OF CONTRACT Refused to repair 4WD system, is on contract. VERY RUDE SALES MANAGEMENT STAFF. Bought 05 Jeep Grand Cherokee, would not go into 4 LOW. I live 45 miles away so I said I would take it to the Jeep dealer in my town. THEY TOOK IT TO EXPRESSWAY DODGE AGAINST MY EXPLICIT INSTRUCTIONS. Two repair trips BACK AND FORTH to take the jeep to get it repaired, the issue still remains. Their words and I QUOTE! "We paid to repair the solenoid, that was close to $800, Just because you cannot engage the 4LOW doesn't mean it doesn't work, we did not agree to repair electrical issues. Man up and pay for the repair yourself." This was a sales manager. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. More
Eric Hoppenjans was great to work with. The salesman that filled in for him for a while was a bit insulting and using pressure sales tatics. I have rated my service experience with this rating due to several factors, first when I walked into the dealership I was not greeted by anyone, I had to go up and physically ask for where I may find the s to several factors, first when I walked into the dealership I was not greeted by anyone, I had to go up and physically ask for where I may find the service drop off area. Second it was not fully described to me in detail what all was going to be done for my $124 diagnostic inspection, and i feel as if they just hooked it up to an OBD2 sensor and printed out a sheet stating what codes they received. On Top of that I was charged an additional $18.60 for supplies and environmental services, however there was no repairs or work done to my car so there shouldn't have been any supplies used. Also I purposefully brought my car in while it had an puncture in the driver side rear tire which was causing a slow leak just to see what the service center would do or recommend. To my surprise they did not even notice that the tire was punctured and just stated the sensor was saying it was a little low and didn't even offer to inflate it back to optimal pressure. I also stated I would have liked to had my brake sensors installed sense they where going to have it in the air anyway and when I got the car back they where still laying in the front seat, and I was told they would have to have charged me another hours labor just to pop those on! Overall I appreciate the service and feel like that technicians are well capable and are adequately performing their job, however I feel being charged an hours labor rate and supply fees just to hook up an OBD2 scanner is a bit absurd and for future cases I will just handle such service related items myself or elsewhere as I do not feel the value of the service I received was there. More

I give Dpat a good rating because they did there best to make sure I get what I need. Also, my concerns to stay on budget. They even made sure I was comfy. Love that about them.
