Lied to by salesman. I contacted the dealership intending to purchase a vehicle at the advertised price. My only concern was the cost to ship the vehicle to my home in Tex I contacted the dealership intending to purchase a vehicle at the advertised price. My only concern was the cost to ship the vehicle to my home in Texas. I have purchased numerous cars over the internet without incident. I negotiated a deal which included shipping. However, the salesman later tried to tell me he never promised a price which included shipping. I later learned, after further investigation, the salesman made a mistake and as a result the dealership would not have made the profit they wanted if they included shipping. I was able to get the salesman to admit he promised shipping in the advertised price, but was then told the car could not legally be shipped. As I write this review the car is still on their lot, with a three thousand dollar reduction. Too bad for them. I bought elsewhere. More
Very Disappointed 1st salesman told us car had features it did not have....as we learned when we test drove 2 salesmen told us it was 0 interest yesterday...today the 1st salesman told us car had features it did not have....as we learned when we test drove 2 salesmen told us it was 0 interest yesterday...today they wanted 1.9% interest They got upset when we called them on the issue of the interest....he started to try to make himself appear better by trying to degrade us. When we tried to walk out he followed us all the way to our vehicle yelling at us...very, very unprofessional....I do deal with that type of person. I would not consider thenpm again. We sat around for over 4 hours while they ran back and forth playing games with our time then pulled that stunt at the end. More

Absolutely Terrible Early last week me and my husband were in Evansville and decided to buy a Buick Enclave. As I was driving home that evening, the windshield wipers and Early last week me and my husband were in Evansville and decided to buy a Buick Enclave. As I was driving home that evening, the windshield wipers and fluid randomly kicked on and would not shut off until I pulled off the road and turned the car off. It continued to do this 3 separate times on the way home nearly causing me to wreck because I couldn't see through the windshield. Josh immediately emailed them of the issue because they had already closed down for the evening. In just the short week we've had it, a few more issues have surfaced. For example, the steering wheel completely locked up while I was driving through town causing me to go straight through an intersection as I was trying to turn and I was inches away from slamming into another vehicle. After receiving no reply from D-Patrick we called multiple times throughout this week leaving messages and didn't receive a call back until yesterday. We had already taken it to the shop because we had no other option so we informed them of the issues they clearly hid from us resulting in over $700. They've refused to do anything at all. I can guarantee that's the LAST time they ever receive any business from us. What a joke. More

I arranged the paperwork, insurance, and transportation to travel to the dealership 99 miles away. Upon arrival, we test drove the vehicle. It was falling to pieces. The check engine light was on, the back of the driver seat was missing, the glove box wouldn't shut, the rear hatch wouldn't stay open, etc... So we volunteered to look at some more cars they had on the lot and everything got worse from there. The sales manager claimed he couldn't negotiate prices because the vehicles came from another dealership, they said they had to drive a vehicle across the state line to KY to release it to a KY military resident. So on and so on. This is a typical bad business dealership that is out for your hard earned cash. Save your money and go elsewhere. It's been a train wreck dealing with this place. More

I called the next morning, less than 24 hours after purchasing the vehicle and was told they refused to undo the deal. However the manager told me they would help me get into another vehicle. After showing me a less then spectacular replacement vehicle that was even more expensive, I was then told that I would have to trade in the vehicle that was less than 24 hours old and would not even get close to what I paid for it. Even after agreeing to purchase a MORE expensive vehicle. I traded in a vehicle that was spotless on the inside, yet was told they would need to detail the vehicle I wanted to get rid of even after it was still spotless. I was also spoken to like they were doing me a favor by letting me trade the vehicle in and that I would have to wait two weeks before they could even do anything. Last time I checked I can trade a vehicle in almost anywhere. They definitely tried to take advantage of my unfortunate situation. I know I made a mistake in buying the vehicle, however they weren't the least bit accommodating in helping me remedy the situation. All they want to do is intimidate you and take advantage of you. I was talked to like I was an idiot and like they were my only choice. I ended up going to another local dealer that same day and they gave me what I paid for the vehicle in trade and put me in a beautiful almost brand new vehicle. Too bad because we ended up spending almost $20 k more than the original purchase on a new vehicle. Terrible customer service will make you miss out on a big chunk of change. I would NEVER recommend that anyone patronize this dealer if you like being treated with kindness and in a fair manor. please spend your money at a dealer that actually knows what customer service is. Very Unsatisfied I recently purchased my first car at D-Patrick Ford in Boonville IN. on May 4th of 2015. I came to D. Patrick in search of a safe, affordable vehicle I recently purchased my first car at D-Patrick Ford in Boonville IN. on May 4th of 2015. I came to D. Patrick in search of a safe, affordable vehicle for my new family and I; the Vehicle seemed to be the perfect vehicle for us! We took my car to an automotive shop as it began to develop an extremely loud abnormal sound less than 2 weeks after purchasing. After the mechanic reviewed the vehicle he found that the transmission was shot. The mechanic recommended my newborn son and I not even drive the car to the dealership for the fear of it locking up because the damage to the transmission was so severe. After hearing the mechanic say that it made me sick to my stomach. I couldn't believe such a well reputable dealership would let me and my 2 week old son drive such an unsafe vehicle off of their lot! We returned to D. Patrick immediately after receiving the news on May 18th, 2015, exactly 14 days after purchasing the vehicle. After sitting in the lobby for nearly 6 hours they gave me two options both of which put us at a major loss on this vehicle. I understand we were unable to put a warranty on the vehicle due to the year and amount of miles that are on the sedan, but I can't believe that after I had not even put 200 miles on the vehicle and had it for only 2 short weeks there wasn't more that they would be willing to do. After talking with other friends I can came across many people that have had or have known people who have had the same unfair business with D-Patrick! After deciding the most affordable route would be putting a new transmission in the vehicle the promised 2 week repair took 9 weeks. With that being said I would not return to D-Patrick with any service needs or to purchase another vehicle! More
